If you're rigorous, organized and have a good command of accounting tools, this is the job for you! Main tasks : Management of supplier invoices: receipt of mail, verification, entry and filing in the accounting system, digitized and automatic processing of invoices. Verification of purchase orders and deliveries before payment validation. Follow-up of supplier accounts and management of reminders. Processing of bank reconciliations linked to supplier payments. Use and management of ID Business accounting system to process financial data. Collaboration with other departments (purchasing, finance) to ensure smooth management of financial flows. Profile required: Previous accounting experience, Proficiency in accounting tools, in particular ID Business (or similar systems) and EXCEL / WORD. Knowledge of supplier invoice management and account management. Autonomy, rigor and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
