Seasonal price: 999 CHF/month Yearly price: 899 CHF/month charges not included: electricity and water: CHF 200 in summer, approx. CHF 400 in winter (depending on use of wood-burning stove). NB: the bunk bed has been dismantled and converted into a single bed in the living room (the 140cm bed is in the cellar), and the bedroom was used as an office/workshop.
